Our senior consultant, Lee, has been an Early Childhood Teacher for many years. The majority of her professional career she has been working alongside families and allied health teams to provide the best supports for children requiring extra assistance to reach their fullest potential. Lee also has her Certificate 3 in Individual Support and is currently studying her Diploma in Counselling through the Institute of Applied Psychology.
Our support worker, Jan, has been in the industry for nearly 20 years and she has her certificate 3 in Children’s Services, Certificate 3 in Disability and Aged Care and Certificate 4 in Mental Health.

We believe 'it takes a Village to raise a Child'. As a parents/guardian you can feel better knowing your child is supported and nurtured by experienced and caring support workers. We specialise in Early Intervention Services and supporting your child/teens mental health concerns. We will take the time to get to know you and your child and develop an individualised care plan that fits your specific needs and helps your child reach their goals within their NDIS plan or private contract.

Our aim is to provide personal in-home support for families with children from 6 to 18 years with NDIS plans or private contract.
We specialise in early intervention services, such as visual cue cards, social stories, behavioural consults, in home supports, attending allied health appointments, support work, overnight stays, education/developmental consults, personalised plans, school holiday care, providing training for parents and building strong relationships with families.
We are experienced with supporting children and teens with their mental health and offer sessions to help with anxiety and regulating big emotions.
